Our group has several of these, in addition to a couple that ONLY have the buzzer. While, if you are several rooms away, those with the buzzer ONLY can easily be heard, if you are in an adjoining room or in close proximity, they can be a bit annoying. We love these, since you have the option of either a chime or buzzer. Under most circumstances, (small buildings or residential investigations) we much prefer this model. C.P.I. now buys exclusively from Ghoststop, and with the quality and functionality of their products, we are not likely to consider going elsewhere.
