This camera was originally built for tactical operations intended not to be seen. To this end, it does not have a large display. To see the live video you can look through the optical viewer or WiFi connect to a mobile device (tablet or phone) for a live feed. For this same reason, the battery and SD card are protected to ensure it is not easily tampered with. You have to remove the optical viewer on the back to access the battery and memory card slots. See Direction Tab for details on accessing the battery and SD card.

Our particular configuration offered here is the ONLY MODEL that can record for over 30 minutes with infrared light support. Other Aurora models or configurations will stop recording at 30 minutes to maintain battery and do not include an IR light. To record for extended hours you MUST use a 256GB card.

i traveled to florida and visited the shop and got this camera, i have to say this is one of the best cameras for night recording! you could even zoom in on stars outside! CRAZIEST camera i've owned! loved everything about it! 10./10 reccommend!

Wonderful little camera. Yes, It's a little pricy for what a normal person is gonna want to spend on a camera that technically only records in 720p. But here's the thing, this camera does it well. All you need is adequate light. If it's too dark for day settings and has gotten grainy, set it to twilight. When it's too dark for that to produce a picture without being grainy, set it to night vision. If there isn't enough ambient light to have a nice clear picture with the unaided night vision, fire up an IR light. It produces an amazing image for 720p in my opinion. The only thing you need to do to guarantee the best image is be mindful of the lighting in relation to the selection. The only gripe I have is toward the APP. It does not want to work for me, or for MOST if you read other reviews on the app store. Not a deal breaker for me though. It's an amazing camera, and I'm going to get my use out of it lol.
