NEW IR Flood Light - more powerful than ever!

This powerful 50-LED Infrared IR-Flood illuminator attaches to any camcorder, camera or tripod. It's the same compact size as the other Phantom lights with twice the light! It can also be handheld. It's custom built and machined here in the US utilizing heavy gauge wiring for durability and runs for well over 6 hours on one 9-volt battery. In includes a mount on the bottom for mounting on a tripod. It also includes a detachable male/male connector for attaching directly to a camcorder, camera or brackets.

We recommend the accessory bracket as seen to the right for easier portability and mounting of this light to your camcorder or camera.

**Note** The LED lights on this unit are infrared only. Since there is no visible light emitted from the unit you will not see them light up with the naked eye. You must have an infrared sensitive camera, camcorder or DVR cameras in order to take advantage of this light system.

It works great August 26, 2013
Reviewer: John Reid from Martinsville, IN United States
I have the previous model and noticed it has a hot spot and not much throw. This unit gives a nice even light with a hint of a hot spot and covers my camcorder's wide angle just right. It throws fairly well to boot. Definitely worth it.

Great light! but not as pictured April 2, 2013
Reviewer: Mat from Riverside, CA United States
this light is very bright and is a great add for your camera. It's perfect for ghoststops full spectrum sony handycam. It's the same looks as the IR pro but with a clear screen and the 50 LED's. I would highly recomend this light.

they don't call it flood for nothing! April 5, 2012
Reviewer: jay pendley from morganton, NC United States
i have to say this light is awesome! i have the ir pro and, the flood creates  40ft' to 50ft' of more coverage! this light is almost too bright for small rooms! " i recommend the ir pro"
this is perfect for out door roving shots, large area static cams such as theaters, gyms,ballrooms,etc........
this & all phantom lights are high quality!
i've even started placing the lights on mini tri-pods & setting them out in front of the cameras vision in order to illuminate key spots farther away! this is a necessity with a full spectrum camera! i recommend having 2 or 3 ir lights in your gear case!

more isn't always better August 18, 2011
Reviewer: Jim Thomas from Altoona, PA United States
The light is def pretty bright, and it seems you can see a lil more with it.  I was maybe expecting just a little bit more but it's def better than the IR PRO,  I'm eager to take it to a bigger room to see how it does. Def worth getting if you got the few extra bucks
